A 360° tour is not a photo gallery. The property was captured room by room with a special camera, and the browser reassembles those captures into a space you can move through. You decide where to stop, how long to look and what to go back to — with nobody waiting beside you.

Look around
Drag across the image with the mouse button held down, or with your finger, to turn a full circle. The scroll wheel or two fingers zoom in — on the bathroom taps, the window frames, the state of the grouting.

There are points on the floor. Click one and you are standing at the next spot. That is how you walk through the whole property, from the entrance to the cellar — and back again whenever you like.

A tour shows the condition on the day of capture. Furniture is generally not part of the sale, and what looks generous on screen is no substitute for measuring. Only the sales file and the notarial deed are binding.

What is a 360° virtual tour?
A walkthrough built from 360° captures of every room, assembled into a space you move through. At each position you can turn a full circle, and points on the floor take you from room to room. Unlike photographs, you choose where to look — including the corner no photo shows.
Do I need an app, an account or a VR headset?
None of them. The tour opens straight in the browser on phone, tablet and computer. A VR headset works as well but is not required, and nobody has to sign up.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, and it is particularly vivid there: you hold the device and turn with it. Because images load as you go, we recommend wifi — over mobile data a long tour uses a noticeable amount.
Does it cost anything?
No. The tours are freely accessible, without registration and without advertising. We ask for no e-mail address in return and pass none on.
How current are the tours?
This page synchronises continuously with the iMMOSOLUTIONS portfolio. Properties that have been sold or let disappear by themselves, new ones appear as soon as the tour is ready. The tour itself shows the condition on the day of capture.

Can I rely on the areas and dimensions on screen?
As an impression only. A 360° camera uses a very wide angle, which can make rooms look larger or deeper than they are. The sales file is what counts; precise measurements are taken during the viewing.
Is the furniture part of the sale?
As a rule, no. Fitted elements such as the kitchen, built-in wardrobes or a stove usually stay with the property. Exactly what is included is set out in the sales file — when in doubt, just ask.
Where do I find the price, energy rating and costs?
On the property page at iMMOSOLUTIONS, linked below every tour. It carries the energy class and consumption, along with calculators for notary fees, the monthly cost of a mortgage and the potential rental income.
