Any purchase, sale or letting contract is concluded exclusively with iMMOSOLUTIONS.

Prices, floor areas, room counts and energy figures reflect the situation at the time of publication and may change. They do not constitute an offer in the legal sense. Only the sales file and the notarial deed are binding. The 360° tours show the condition at the time of filming; furniture and fittings are not necessarily part of the sale.

What we process
When you open the site, the server processes the usual access data (IP address, time, address requested, browser). This serves operation and security and is deleted after a short period. If you submit the "List a property" form, we process the details you enter — name, e-mail, phone and the property details — in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent together with pre-contractual measures.
Disclosure
Your enquiry is forwarded to iMMOSOLUTIONS so that they can get back to you. There is no disclosure to any other third party. The 360° tours are delivered through Immoviewer; when you open a tour, that provider processes your connection data.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and to meet statutory retention periods, then deleted.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. A message to info@immosolutions.lu is enough. Complaints go to the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), Luxembourg.
